This rice bowl is so comforting and a quick & easy meal to put together!
We added some tomato sauce to the rice but it works well with plain rice if you don’t have / like tomato sauce.
We usually do our own meatballs and freeze most of them so it’s ready whenever we want some. You can use any meatball you like and but also vegetarian “meatballs” if you don’t want meat.

*We are using frozen meatballs so we usually just throw them in the microwave few minutes once everything else is ready.*
*You want each slice to touch the saucepan, so consider doing several batches if needed.*
*Once cooked, place on a paper towel to absorb any excess of grease.*
*Of course you can also just throw everything in a plate/bowl, it would taste the same ;)*
