We added blue cheese crumbles to make it more yummy and candied pecans to add some crunch!

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
  2. Wash the pears and cut into slices - *with organic pears I would keep the skin.*
  3. In a large bowl, toss the spinach leaves, the pear slices and add the blue cheese crumbles and candied pecans.
  4. *Add the salad dressing in the bowl or keep on the side for everyone to choose the amount they like or if you plan to have leftovers!*
