October 2014 - Sola is a unique restaurant, located in Paris, where the Japanese cuisine meets the traditional French cuisine. One star Michelin.
We went to Sola in October 2014 for a lunch, to celebrate our PACS (civil solidarity pact in France) and it was absolutely perfect!
We ate in the vaulted cellar, in a very intimate and peaceful atmosphere.
We had the 4 course menu which included, from what I remember, fois gras as appetizer, a white fish and some red meat as entrees and a dessert with apples.
We had a glass of white wine to go with the food, it was a very fruity and sweet late harvest wine.
